ROTEC's teacher of the year!
Ms. Manns is a Patrick Henry High School graduate. She has been part of the ROTEC family since 2009 as the Cosmetology instructor for the district. She is a team player who is always willing to help when needed. Ms. Manns is also the chapter advisor for the Roanoke City SillsUSA student organization. She is a valuable asset to the students and staff at ROTEC. Her cheerful demeanor is always a bright spot in everyone's day. She is an example of what a phenomenal, engaged, passionate teacher looks like. Congratulations to Ms. Manns, this honor is well deserved!
