Hello, welcome to Roanoke Technical Education Center (ROTEC) my name is Ms. Manns and I will be teaching Cosmetology I, II & III. This is my 13th year of teaching Cosmetology and I will prepare our students to preform in the Workplace and to receive a Cosmetology License by the end of their third year of Cosmetology. Each student will have the opportunity to receive two other Industry Certifications, Workplace Readiness and the National Occupational Competency Institute. I am excited to start a new year, with new and returning students. Remember all students and staff will wear throughout the entire day, in class and on the school bus. My office hours and availability during the school day's are Monday through Friday between 2:30-3:30 for extra assistants.
