Reese Betton, a 2017 graduate of Patrick Henry/ROTEC, is now the pastry chef at Carlos Brazilian Restaurant in Roanoke. She returned to campus this week to work with our Culinary Arts students. Reese was the driving force behind the Help the Homeless/STAR Council four years ago.  Reese was also one of our first student interns when she worked at Carlos while a senior year at Patrick Henry.
